The Israeli army says it has removed two roadblocks in the West Bank, in an effort to ease restrictions on Palestinians in the occupied territory.
Army officials said Wednesday the roadblocks at Rimonim and Atara have been taken down.

You are asking a wrong question.
The right question is Why is Israel occupying those territories? Pack your stuff and let Palestinians be. You have no legal or moral right to control other people's movement and more generally their everyday life.
