The northern police command decided Sunday to postpone the "Jewish Pride" march which was scheduled for Monday through the Arab Israeli city of Umm el-Fahm. The police cited "operational considerations" as the reason for their decision, which followed an evaluation of the current situation. There was no immediate word as to when the march would take place.

This is no different than the rationale put forward for not allowing the pesach sacrifice on Har Habayit.
I don't expect the court's decision to be different, either.
