UPDATE
Moshe Puah was arrested, for no apparent reason, led to the Kishleh police station and later released. Seems this was done to placate the Arabs who were angry that only they were arrested. At that time, the gates were closed to Jews and another group who could not ascend blocked to entrance so that tourists couldn't enter and three of them were arrested.
