I'm all for information distribution and trust that Samaria Regional Council figures will be asked to do the same for the Consulate.
That's Hagit Ofran, Peace Now's "Settlement Watch" director with two US State Dept. officials. Hagit is Yeshayahu Leibowitz's granddaughter (which adds to her media allure although she is never described as cousin to federally convicted Shammai Leibowitz, who actually leaked classified papers which is a form of spying) and has been called, approvingly it would appear, as a "spy" herself, see here and also here, for example.
