Bella Hadid and a Map of Palestine

I came across this picture of Bella Hadid displaying a map of Palestine: 

As to the circumstances or the date of the map, I found this here:

We were delighted to welcome Palestinian-Dutch supermodel Bella Hadid to the Library where she was acquainted with the historical items in our Heritage Library

I do not know what she learned from that map, but here are a few others that indicate that the boundaries of "Palestine" were, shall we say, a bit fluid.

One thing I can state with certainty, is that the Land of Israel, termed Palaestina with the Roman conquerors and Filastin by the Arab occupiers, always had the Jordan River flowing within it.

The Pali Necklace Intended to Strangle Israel

I have tried over the past few years to highlight this accessories company which commercializes clothing and jewelry inteneded to erase Israel.

They have now begun to push the "Pali Necklace".

Comes in different shades:

But that configuration of borders:

erases Israel. All of Palestine is...Arab is the claim. And the slogan "from the River to the Sea: promotes that geographical conceptualization.

If Zionists promoted a map that reflected the original borders of so-called "historic Palestine", up until Article 25 of the League of Nations Mandate separated TransJordan

we'd be accused of expansionism.

The same with the Zionist proposal of the Jewish National Home to the Paris Peace Conference of 1919

Imagine the contretemps if I would upload the Revisionist "Both Banks of the Jordan" map. Okay, I will:

That "Pali Necklace" is intended to educate and mobilize a consciousness that Israel doesn't belong in that region, that only an Arab Palestine should exist and that Israel should not exist.

That's a strangling necklace.

"Palestine 22%" vs. Qatar

It seems that Qatar has slighted "Palestine" by displaying on screen a map of "only 22%" of the country.

Below is a screensnap (k/t=ChallahHuAkbar - "k/t" is kippah-tip) from a story on the opening ceremony of the Pan Arab Games for the year 2011 which caused "a sensation among the spectators and Arab youth, by showing the map is incomplete for Palestine as it contain on the West Bank and Gaza Strip only."

The arrows point to Gaza (l.) and the "West Bank" (r.).

The map, which portrays only 22% of "Palestine" also, OMG!!!, granted "explicit recognition of the Israeli entity and implementation of the scheme of America's new Middle East".

Incidentally, Qatar also

introduced the Kingdom of Morocco without the Sahara, which in turn raised the anger of the Moroccans and regarded as a 'betrayal and the labor-Zionist and an insult to them.' The large pages filled in with Facebook great criticism of Qatar, accusing the U.S. go along with the Zionist project to divide the Middle East.

P.S. The other 78%, of course, is....Israel. But, wait, where did Jordan go?

Looking at the Reality on the Ground - The Topography of Judea & Samaria

In addition to the great new material being published by the Yesha Council, here last year and now this one which shows the rise of the hills in Judea and Samaria dominating the coastal plain (an English version is now being prepared):

there were these maps which I used, taken from a book in Hebrew by Aryeh Shalev, entitled "Kav Hagana Biyehudah uvaShomron" (The West Bank [Judea and Samaria]: Line of Defense) published in 1983 by Kibbutz Meuchad.

The first shows Israel and Judea and Samaria and the longitudinal distances:

This one displays Samaria, the northern section of the area:

And this, both Judea as well as Gaza:

And most importantly, and it is a bit better than the Moetzet Yesha map in one aspect, here is a view of the heights and depths of the land, showing how the hill region of Judea and Samaria really do command a controlling strategic postion over Israel within the Green Line borders:

The top shows a line from Tel Mond to Shchemn through Har Kabir and on into Jordan and the second lower one from Yavneh to Atarot (just north of Jerusalem) to Jericho.
Maps are quite important.
