Taken on the 148 bus on the ascent from Wadi Haramieh to Ofra at 6:45AM today:

That's the garbage dump of Silwad.

Burning.

The air was foul and the dense smoke covered much of the area.

Human right to breathe fresh air anybody?

It was windy a few days ago.

AND THE WIND CAME FROM THE SOUTHEAST.

Which means that the foul, polluted smoke from the garbage heap of Turmos-Aya came wafting across the valley to Shiloh:
