Forget 'Hallel'; It's "Al HaNissim'

Over the years, the observant have argued: to say, or not to say, Hallel on Yom HaAtzmaut? To say it "fully" or "half"? To say it with a blessing, or not?

Well, the next item on our agenda is 'Al Hanssim'.
