While On Jerusalem's Byways

This ad on the back of an Egged bus:

bothers me due to the English used.

"Back to School Outdoor" is good in an English language session, not on a bus advert.
 

And from inside a bus, I spotted this on the railing of a balcony:

It reads: "Here the Divine Presence is not expelled.  Here there is no computer or any other instrument that receives the Internet or movies".

So many stories in this city.
