We've had a similar rail system since prior to Houston, TX's failed bid to becoming a "World Class City" in a failed bid to attract an Olympic Games. During the first 2 years of operation these type of accidents were very common occurring at least once or twice a month, or so it seems. These accidents, though not as common, are still occurring.
