Why can't Israel demand:-

a halt to all media broadcast & published incitement before re-entering negotiations?

a stop of those summer camp indoctrination sessions?

no more military training for under 16 year olds?

holding of elections?

reuniting of Hamas and Fatah?

And the list goes on...
