 Someone, like my friend Yaakov Berg of Psagot Winery, who produces kosher wines.  And must observed the ritual instructions regarding trumot and ma'asrot.

    As our Sages point out, playing on the words la'aser (to tithe) and lehit'asher (to become rich) - "tithe, so that you may become rich."
    Hence, in answer to the question in the title: he who wishes to become rich from making 100 times that much wine.
