Wider Settlement Demanded

Labour MP [David Milliband] expressed his belief that the "Israel-Palestine question will only ever be settled in the context of a wider Arab settlement with Israel".
Why don't we Jews ever get the right to a wider settlement?
You might ask Dorit Beinisch why she thinks Arabs deserve adverse possession rights but Jews need to be made to jump through legal hoops to be allowed to settle on their land.
So why don't Jews get equal treatment in the eyes of the law and also in terms of political consideration? Its a very good question indeed.
