It is interesting that world wide violent economic and political protests are erupting. Israel has hundreds of thousands in the streets in protests, tent cities, hunger strikes - and yet in Israel there is zero violence. Not by the protesters and not by the government. Debate is calm, reasoned and respectful on both sides. A democracy that simply and quietly works. A light unto the nations.
