It's been used so many times.

Now, it's Obama:



In the past it was Rabin, Peres, Netanyahu, et al.

Hey there, right-wing extremists. Can we have a bit more graphic and artistic creativity?

    Before, it was done as an insult, a stretch of declaration that their policies were to the benefit of the pals more than to Israelis. Here, it is not so insulting, me thinks, and not such a stretch either.
